Wesley Ray Manley age 58 of Kimberly formerly of Deep Water entered into rest May 9, 2010. He was born August 21, 1951 at Deep Water and was the son of the late Samuel and Macie James Manley. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Sanford Manley, William Manley and Earl Manley and sisters kay Johnson and Hazel Manley.
He was a mechanic all his life and owner of Manley’s Garage on Deep Water mountain.
Surviving: wife Mary Jane Manley; children Stephanie Bowles and her husband Kenny of Swiss, Macie White and her husband Marshall of Lexington, KY, Wesley Ray Manley Jr. and his wife Bertha of Boomer, Earl Manley and wife Angie of Deep Water and Rebecca Manley and her companion Patrick Price of Deep Water; brothers Samuel Manley and his wife Mary of Beards Fork, Edward Manley of Deep Water and Carl L. Manley of Akron, Ohio; sister-in-law Alma Manley of Deep Water; 6 Grandchildren; devoted caregiver Becca Showers.
Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Robert Vanfossen officiating. Burial will follow on his property on Deep Water Mountain. Friends may call from 6 until 9 on Wednesday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
