My father was someone who didn't show a lot of emotion.  He would never let you see him cry.  When I was about 15 or 16, a boy broke my heart.  What I remember feeling is an overwhelming sadness and disappointment.  I would walk around so very sad because I thought my world had ended.  We all know what it felt like to us when we were younger.  I went to bed and cried myself to sleep.  I wasn't reall asleep but I kept my eyes closed like I was.  I'm so glad I did because I never would have believed that my dad could be that sweet.  He kissed me on my forehead and said "everythings going to be alright.  You'll meet someone someday who will love you just as much as your daddy does.  Sleep well. I love you."  Kissed me on the forehead again and then left.  It was so sweet.  I miss him just as much today as I did when he passed.  I love you dad!
